Registrations:
When registering as a couple or family please make sure to use "Register a group" and enter the total number of people per registration.
You will only pay for the first ticket selected (as per other years) but this way of ticketing for each person allows us to know exactly who we are catering for at each meal and what dietary requirements we need to be aware of.
For Couple registrations choose a "couple ticket" for one person and one "couple partner ticket" for your partner (this second ticket will be priced at $0).
For Family Registrations choose a Family ticket for one person and a family partner ticket for the second adult, as well as children's tickets for each of your children (again, these are all priced at $0).
When registering as a sponsor or trade displayer, you are eligible for one free ticket to attend the full conference as part of your 2025 conference pack. Please select the relevant free ticket for approval and then any extra tickets you require for your team at the normal conference rate (ie. Sponsor EXTRA ticket or Trade Displayer EXTRA ticket).
Dietary Requirements:
When you have completed your registration, you will automatically be taken through to your invoice. At the bottom of the invoice will be a list of registered people. You can add dietary needs by clicking on the registration number link next to the person you want to enter the dietary needs for.
Family/Partner programme:
Due to the current economic climate, a kids and partners programme will not be running for the 2025 conference. However, we will be offering a list of local activities for families and hope that you make the most of the Marlborough region while you are here - there is lots of fun to be had!
